About the Role :

As a DevOps Engineer at Quantum Bridge, you will take the lead in how we build, package, and deploy our products. Our solutions are deployed on‑premise, so experience with the challenges that come with hosting on customer sites will be essential. You will work with the other developers to build solutions that require underlying infrastructure, like high‑availability. You will take ownership of our CI / CD, helping the engineering team be more effective through improved automation. Your ability to collaborate and approach problems hands‑on will be essential for this role. You are excited about joining a friendly and supportive team, where there is ample opportunity to grow. What you’ll do :

• Build and maintain tooling and automation for on‑premise installations. We want to make customer rollouts smooth, repeatable, and low‑touch.
• Own our internal CI / CD systems (pipelines, runners, build / test environments, artifact storage) in order to improve how we build software.
• Work closely with the development team to streamline releases and improve developer workflows.
• Troubleshoot installation and deployment issues across Linux environments.
• Participate in design discussion about the software architecture of our systems.
• Be a collaborative and transparent team member.
