• Coordinating driver routes and schedules to ensure timely and efficient waste collection services.

• Communicating with drivers throughout the day to provide updates, route adjustments, andproblem resolution.

• Handling customer inquiries related to service scheduling, delays, and special requests.

• Tracking fleet performance and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.

• Collaborating with operations teams to optimize safety, efficiency and customer satisfaction.

What we need from you as a Dispatcher:

• 2 years of experience in a high-volume dispatch or logistics environment.

• Strongmultitaskingskills and the ability to work in a fast-paced setting.

• Experience withdispatching softwareandMicrosoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

• Excellent verbal and writtencommunication skills.

• Must be able to pass all pre-hire verifications.
