What will you do?

  • Lead Cybersecurity Engagements : Drive and manage end-to-end OT cybersecurity projects, from initial assessment to implementation and ongoing support.
  • Client Collaboration : Work closely with clients to understand their unique OT environments and cybersecurity requirements.
  • Risk Assessment : Conduct comprehensive risk assessments and vulnerability analyses to identify potential threats and weaknesses in OT systems.
  • Framework Implementation : Implement and align cybersecurity measures with frameworks such as NIST, IEC 62443 and ISO27001
  • Solution Design : Design and develop customized cybersecurity solutions that address clients' specific OT security challenges.
  • Training and Awareness : Provide training and awareness to clients to enhance their understanding of OT cybersecurity best practices.
  • Regulatory Compliance : Ensure clients' OT environments comply with relevant regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Documentation : Prepare detailed reports and documentation for clients, outlining findings, recommendations, and action plans.
  • Continuous Improvement : Stay updated with the latest cybersecurity trends, threats, and technologies to continuously improve and innovate cybersecurity solutions.

What will you need to succeed?

  • Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in OT cybersecurity, with a proven track record of leading and managing cybersecurity engagements.
  • Knowledge of the NIST Cybersecurity Framework, ISO27001, IEC 62443 standards, and NERC CIP regulations.
  • Proficiency in OT security technologies and tools, including firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and security information and event management (SIEM) systems.
  • Strong understanding of industrial control systems (ICS) and supervisory control and data acquisition (SCADA) systems.
  • Understanding of common ICS protocols (Modbus, DNP3, BACnet etc.)
  • Experience with network segmentation, secure remote access, and endpoint protection in OT environments.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Leadership skills with the ability to mentor and guide junior team members.
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Willingness to travel to client sites as required.
