Your New Role

As Business Process Lead, Engineering Analytics & Solutions , you will play a key role in driving analytics and forecasting initiatives for labor hours. Your responsibilities will include :

Developing and running forecasting models to predict workforce needs.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather inputs and secure approvals.
Presenting insights and conducting business reviews with senior leadership.
Building dashboards and reports to support strategic decision-making.

What You’ll Need to Succeed

Strong technical skills in time series forecasting , SQL , Python , and Excel .

Experience with dashboarding tools such as Power BI or Tableau.

Background in data science and workforce-related analytics preferred.

Ability to leverage Generative AI for advanced insights.

Excellent communication skills to translate technical findings into actionable business strategies.

A strong balance of analytical and interpersonal skills.
