JOB SUMMARY :
To support its continued growth, our client is seeking a Digital Marketing and Strategy Manager. This individual plays a key role in planning and executing the institution's digital marketing and growth strategies.
RESPONSIBILITIES :
Develop and Implement Digital Marketing Strategy : Design and execute digital marketing programs to promote the institute's training and events, using advanced SEO, SEM, and paid advertising techniques.
Online Presence Management : Oversee the institution's online presence, including the website, blog, social media, and email marketing platforms.
Creation and Management of Web Campaigns : Develop and manage inbound and outbound marketing campaigns, using marketing automation tools to drive continuous growth in enrollments and sales.
Brand Positioning : Strengthen and evolve the institute's brand positioning to resonate with target audiences, using branding and digital storytelling techniques.
Internal Collaboration : Work closely with teams in management, product, design, user experience, engineering, and others to ensure seamless integration of marketing initiatives.
Coaching and Mentorship : Lead and mentor a growing team of marketing professionals, including product marketing, partner marketing, content, and branding.
Performance Analysis and Monitoring : Monitor the performance of marketing campaigns and sales, using KPIs and web analytics tools to assess effectiveness and identify improvement opportunities.
Partnership Management : Cultivate and deepen relationships with key partners, aligning mutual objectives and fostering adoption through co-marketing efforts.
REQUIREMENTS :
- Bachelor's degree with a specialization in digital marketing or equivalent experience;
- Excellent written and oral communication;
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Autonomous;
- Visionary;
- Initiative-driven;
Motivated by results and data analysis.
REQUIRED SKILLS :
Digital Marketing Experience : Solid experience in content creation (portfolio required) and digital marketing campaign management.
Communication Skills : Excellent writing and communication skills.
Proactivity and Autonomy : Ability to take initiative, seek creative and effective solutions, and work independently.
Organization and Project Management : Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Technical Knowledge : Familiarity with online content publishing tools and platforms, as well as principles of SEO, SEM, and social media.
Personal Qualities : Creativity, curiosity, rigor, passion for storytelling, and excellent stress management.
Bilingualism : Perfect mastery of French and English, both spoken and written.
NOTE : Excellent verbal and written communication is required for this role, as you will need to communicate with clients in other provinces and territories in Canada.
Residence : Reside near Sherbrooke, the South Shore of Montreal, or the South Shore of Trois-Rivières.
