JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a manager of service experience and strategy who will report to the director of service, and who’ll be tasked with helping our dealer network efficiently service the powersports and marine vehicles of the future.
As part of your role, you’ll be significantly contributing to the organization's growth. You’ll be at the forefront of supporting a broad array of technologically advanced products and services.
YOU’LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO :
- Secure service readiness in all product launches for Powersports and Marine vehicles by following the key deliverables with the development process
- Develop a leading service experience to differentiate BRP from the competition including, but not limited to, EV products and initiatives
- Maintain and improve BRP vehicle diagnostic tools with a strong service-oriented mindset
- Build and lead the connectivity initiatives from the Service to increase the service retention and secure the clients experience worldwide
- Build and lead a team that manages various development initiatives. Inspire, develop and motivate staff to achieve their fullest potential while preparing for potential career advancement opportunities
YOU’LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES :
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or engineering
- 10+ years working in a service or aftersales function for a global manufacturing firm, 5+ years in a leadership capacity
- Experience with CRM applications (Salesforce), PLM applications (PTC, Catia), proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Demonstrated track record of initiating and successfully implementing projects or ideas.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work with a variety of individuals and departments.
