Senior Technical Program Manager

You Will

• Drive large‑scale, complex, cross‑functional programs from design through delivery.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, and Security to define scope, value, and technical requirements, securing commitments across organizations.
• Orchestrate planning, prioritization, and execution, managing the integrated program plan and timelines across disparate functions.
• Proactively identify and resolve risks, dependencies, and impediments, clearly communicating trade‑offs and solutions to stakeholders.
• Build and maintain strong relationships, serving as the central point of contact and providing consistent transparency into program goals, progress, and quality.
• Energize cross‑functional teams to achieve ambitious objectives and uphold world‑class operational excellence and security standards.
• Develop broad technical and domain knowledge to effectively influence strategy and decision‑making.

Qualifications

Education and Training

Below is the annual base salary range for candidates located in San Francisco Bay Area. Your actual base salary will depend on factors such as your skills, qualifications, experience, and work location. In addition, Okta offers equity (where applicable), bonus, and benefits, including health, dental and vision insurance, 401(k), flexible spending account, and paid leave (including PTO and parental leave) in accordance with our applicable plans and policies. The annual base salary range for this position for candidates located in the San Francisco Bay area is between : $104,000–$156,000 CAD.
