What you will accomplish with us :

Efficient Fleet Management : Oversee the daily operations of our fleet of vehicles to ensure optimal use and exceptional performance.

Maintenance and Safety : Ensure all vehicles are in top operational condition, compliant with regulations, and ready to hit the road by scheduling regular inspections, maintenance, and repairs.

Leadership and Team Development : Lead and motivate a team of drivers, managing their recruitment, training, scheduling, and performance evaluation.

Performance Analysis : Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to optimize efficiency, reduce costs, and improve the productivity of both drivers and vehicles.

Safety and Compliance : Develop and implement driver safety programs, ensuring all operations adhere to industry laws and standards.

Innovation and Continuous Improvement : Leverage data and analytics to identify improvement opportunities and drive performance initiatives.

What You Bring to Our Team :

• Bilingualism : Proficiency in English and French, both spoken and written.
• Fleet Management Expertise : Strong knowledge of fleet management principles, vehicle maintenance, and safety regulations.
• Leadership : Proven team management skills with the ability to inspire and develop a team of drivers.
• Analytical Skills : Ability to interpret data and make informed decisions to optimize operations.
• Organizational Skills : Exceptional organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• Experience : At least 3 years of experience as a Fleet Supervisor / Manager or in a similar role within the transportation or logistics industry.
• Certifications : Certified in Transportation and Logistics (CTL) or equivalent is an asset.
