Job descriptionAdvise stakeholders on AI integration opportunities to improve operational performance and the client experience. Develop transformation strategies by aligning business objectives with AI technology capabilities. Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to adjust and optimise AI solutions. Train and coach teams on the advanced use of AI tools. Define and document business and technical requirements, ensuring their traceability and alignment with the organisation's needs. Pilot functional and data analyses to support decision‑making and measure the impact of AI solutions. Participate in change management and continuous improvement of processes by promoting the adoption of AI technologies. Test cases and support users in validating and integrating AI deliverables. A university degree in computer science or a related field with 7 to 10 years of relevant experience. Proven experience in business process transformation, change management and delivery of AI solutions. Proficiency in Agile methodologies and collaborative tools (JIRA, Confluence). Experience supporting multidisciplinary teams. Excellent analytical, synthesis, and communication skills, with a results‑oriented strategic vision.
