Senior Order Support Coordinator Best Buy Business

As a senior order support coordinator , you will overlook numerous functions related to ordering process through various sales channels within Best Buy Business
We practice a remote first working model, leveraging in person interactions at our head office, in beautiful Vancouver, BC, for strategic, collaborative and social purposes.
Join our collaborative team as a senior order support coordinator !
What you’ll do :
- Monitor all sales channels for new incoming orders, analyzing to ensure orders meet Best Buy Business order processing requirements and utilizing a variety of systems and software to process orders through Best Buy systems.
- Lead the discussion with Buy Business Account Management and Best Buy Business Customer Service teams to resolve issues when orders do not meet internal requirements
- Ensure product tracking details are systematically updated within internal / external systems
- Use expertise to resolve escalated issues with internal / external partners
- Work with internal stakeholders when sales processing tools require updates, bug fixes or enhancements.
- Provide weekly progress updates on all open orders to account managers.
What we’re looking for :
- 1-3 years Retail
- 1-3 years Administrative experience
- 1-3 years experience in the Business to Business environment
- 3-5 years Retail Experience / Process Improvement Experience
- Advanced Microsoft Excel

$42,845.00 - $45,100.00
