We are seeking a Senior Analyst to join our Commercial / Industrial Energy Conservation team. In this role, you will help design and implement programs that promote energy efficiency and sustainability. You’ll work independently and collaboratively to analyze data, improve processes, and ensure smooth program operations—all while making a positive impact on our customers and communities.
Responsibilities
Support the design and execution of energy conservation programs, including annual planning and performance monitoring.Work with the Research and Innovation Fund (RIF) group to support the team’s efforts in the identification, prioritization, and completion of market research and analysis to inform market planning, program development and implementation, monitoring, and evaluation.Develop dashboards and reports to provide insights for program decisions.Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to address inquiries and ensure effective program delivery.Assist with budgeting, invoicing, contract management, and PowerPoint presentations.Find opportunities for process improvements and implement efficiencies.Contribute to special projects and ad hoc requests.Ensure all duties related to managing the successful execution of the Commercial Savings by Design (CSBD) Program offer and Air Tight Testing (ATT) Programs offers, including coordinating with delivery agents, supporting sales, collaborating with tracking & reporting, engaging evaluation, partnering with marketing, forecasting and tracking annual targets and budgets, managing invoices, and overseeing delivery agent contracts.Qualifications
Related university degree preferably in Business, Marketing, or a related field along with 2-4 years of experience in energy conservation, marketing, program design, or implementation. An additional 3 years of related experience is required in lieu of university degree.Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.Proficiency with tools like Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, Teams, and SharePoint.Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.Benefits
