Matchbox Consulting Group is seeking a Product Marketing Lead to work on a 1 year contract with very high potential of renewal, for one of BC'
s largest utility and energy companies.
This individual will analyze business insights to develop actionable strategies, facilitate decision-making among stakeholders, and maintain strategic relationships for successful project implementation.
Additionally, they will oversee product and marketing plans, manage consulting service RFPs, and conduct ongoing performance measurement to adjust marketing strategies and address sales performance.
Responsibilities :
- Translate business insights into strategic, actionable options by obtaining and organizing key business information, enabling informed decision-making.
- Facilitate decision-making across diverse groups of stakeholders by using excellent skills in communication, critical thinking, and persuasive influencing to deliver recommendations that align to the business goals.
- Maintain meaningful business relationships by prioritizing strategic considerations in a complex environment with diverse groups of stakeholders so that projects are implemented as planned.
- Plan and organize business initiatives by using knowledge in business drivers, risk tolerance, and trade-off processes, to enable successful integration and adoption in the company'
s complex and regulated environment.
- Develops and implements product and marketing plans, analyzing market data, risks, and financial viability, setting objectives, and monitoring performance.
- manage RFPs for consulting services that support LCE program offers, and lead discussions with external consultants to develop study and project scopes for customers
- Provide ongoing performance measurement for various products, analyzing revenues, expenses, sales activity, and brand awareness for variances.
- Adjusts marketing strategies accordingly, prepares reports, recommendations, and presentations to address sales / promotion performance and weaknesses, and collaborates with product delivery staff on necessary changes.
Requirements :
- A minimum eight (8) years of directly related work experience or equivalent.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Law, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or related discipline
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
