Previous education industry experience is notrequired.

Bilingualism in either Tagalog ArabicFarsi Ukrainian Russian Polish or Portuguese is anasset.
In this roleyou'll be responsible for attracting assessing andregistering new college students. You'll mainly do thisthrough responding following up and providing consultations toinbound leads (prospective students) via email phone and inpersonconversations.
Your goal will be to approach each student'ssituation with curiosity and to provide them with the righteducational program and career options.
This isa permanent fulltime opportunity starting on April 29th or sooner.This role offers a competitive base salary commission (paidmonthly) with total allin compensation between $60000 and $70000 in your first year with theopportunity to grow to around $80000 and beyond in your second year.
Top performers on the teamcurrently earn north of $100000 intotal pay per year.
This is afulltime inoffice position working Monday to Friday 84 95 or 106.

Primary responsibilities as the AdmissionsAdvisor / Sales Representative :
- Attract assess and register new candidates for theireducational programs mainly by responding to the large number ofleads the institution receives Full training isprovided !
- Call email and followup meticulously with new leads / prospective students to scheduleeither a phone video or inperson consultation
- Assess each candidate based on the institution's screeningprocess to ensure they are qualified and the right fit for theprograms offered
- Assist prospective studentsthroughout the enrollment journey ensuring all necessarydocumentation and admission criteria are fulfilled and properlydocumented
- Ensure students are matched withprograms that align with their goals aiming to pave the way fortheir career advancement postgraduation
- Meetmonthly and yearly student enrolment goals
- Foster strong connections with both students and staff toencourage referrals
- Maintain accurate recordswithin the college's administrative system
To excel in thisrole you should have :
- 2 years of sales and client serviceexperience ideally in a consultative capacity
- Excellentcommunication and interpersonal skills with a strongability to connect with people
- Maturitycritical thinking skills and the ability to act as aguide / advisor
- Education industryexperience is an asset
- Techsavvy with good computer skills
- Proactive selfstarter driven to reach theirgoals
