We specialize in : Pilot Tube Auger Boring, Case Boring, Pipe Jacking, Pipe Ramming, etc.

Neptune Coring is recruiting an Apprentice / Journeyman Boom Operator for various projects in and around the Edmonton area.

The Apprentice / Journeyman Boom Operator is responsible for equipment used in the shop and various worksites. A high level of safety practices must be used at all times.

Responsibilities

• General safety in and around equipment and worksites
• Maintain a positive image to the customers and the general public
• Ability to plan work and self-direct
• Ability to work in physically demanding environments outside in the field as well as in the shop / yard
• Assist crews in the field on days the heavyboom / picker truck is not required

Qualifications

• A valid apprentice / journeyman ticket is required
• A valid driver's license
• First consideration will be given to those who have current CSTS, First Aid, and any other safety certificates

The working environment is indoors and outdoors in all weather condition. Candidates must also be able to work some overtime, weekends, holidays and out of town as needed.
