Job description

Design and Development-

Utilize various tools to accelerate coding, testing, and troubleshooting, driving efficiency and innovation in your daily work. Leverage tools like Github and Jenkins to streamline development workflows, automate deployments, and enhance overall efficiency.

Troubleshooting and Optimization-

Analyze and resolve complex integration issues, proactively identifying opportunities to optimize and future-proof our technology stack. Partner with business and technology leaders to translate requirements into high-impact solutions, driving value and competitive advantage for CIBC.

Leadership Skills-

Solid understanding of software engineering best practices. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong communication and collaboration abilities. Support and mentor intermediate and senior developers by sharing knowledge, collaborating and problem solving.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science or Technical discipline.

Go (Golang)

, Node.js, Java, Python. Strong experience with front-end frameworks like React, Angular. Familiarity with database technologies SQL (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL), NoSQL (e.g : MongoDB, Redis). Experience integrating APIs and third-party services. Knowledge of containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes). Familiarity with CI / CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
