Restaurant Manager

MILOS TORONTO INC. is seeking a Restaurant Manager.

Workplace : 330 Bay Street, Toronto, ON, M5H 2S8, Canada.

Roles and responsibilites :

• Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the operations of the restaurant and help develop the kitchen teams to grow MILOS Toronto in the future.
• Determine type of services to be offered as new menu items and optimizes current offerings for quality, plans budgets, etc. and implement operational procedures for the teams.
• Recruit staff, oversee staff training and their work schedules.
• Control inventory, monitor revenues and modify procedures and prices.
• Occasionally, assist the chef and sous-chef in the kitchen on busy days.
• Other related tasks.

Expected start date : 2025-11-02

Permanent position

Annual Salary : $120 000 Canadian dollars.

Working hours : 44 hours a week.

Vacation : 2 weeks of paid vacation per year, i.e. the equivalent of 4% of annual salary.
