Master of Business Administration

Experience

5 years or more with original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) and retail automobile dealerships

Duties

• Working with the President, Board of Directors and executive leadership team to determine the company's mission and strategic direction as conveyed through policies and concrete objectives which are met through the effective management of human, financial and material resources
• Ensure operational decisions are financially sound and aligned with revenue and profitability targets
• Promote revenue growth through effective sales strategies, pricing structures and marketing initiatives
• Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions; Lead, mentor and develop senior leadership to build high-performing teams
• Allocate material, human and financial resources to implement organizational policies and programs; formulate and approve promotional campaigns (including programs to improve customer satisfaction, loyalty and retention); and approve overall human resources planning and to foster a culture of accountability, innovation and continuous improvement
• Collaborate with the Chief Financial Officer (“CFO”) to allocate financial resources, develop budgets, forecasts and long-term financial strategies to establish financial controls
• Select middle managers, directors or other executive staff; Oversee daily operations across all business units and delegate the necessary authority to create optimum working conditions to ensure consistency, efficiency and profitability
• Represent the organization, or delegate representatives to act on behalf of the organization, to build, maintain and manage relationships with OEMs, partners and key stakeholders
