Editorial Trainee Summer Internship

The role : Join the program that gave so many of Canadas journalists their start. The Toronto Star is looking for emerging journalists who combine traditional reporting grit with digital agility. We are data-informed and audience-first : we dont just file stories; we engage communities.

This is a paid contract position based in Toronto for journalists with less than five years of professional experience. You will work alongside full-time staff earn bylines and produce high-impact work from the start.
