If you answered a resounding YES , this position is for you! Our client provides medical health and dental insurance programs to Small-medium a large Business, groups such as Labor Unions, Credit Unions, Associations, School Districts, and Community Organizations.

Although this is a sales position, you will not be selling a product. Rather, you will be selling the company’s group benefit solutions.

Our Benefits Consultants cultivate, maintain and foster professional relationships through in-person marketing to various groups and business owners.

Our unique approach to building relationships includes leveraging a variety of programs to enhance value to employees, groups and their membership.

  • Duties : Identify market potential by qualifying accounts. Scheduling appointments; making initial (in person) presentation;
  • understanding account requirements. Close sales by building rapport with potential account; explaining product and service capabilities;

overcoming objections; preparing contracts. Expand sales in existing accounts by introducing new products and services; developing new applications.

Contribute information to market strategy by monitoring competitive products and reactions from accounts. Recommend new products and services by evaluating current product results;

identifying needs to be filled. Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities. Accomplish marketing and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
