At Baker Tilly, we have an exciting opportunity for a full-time receptionist / tax filing administrator working out of our Owen Sound office.
As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to continue to develop your career while working with a collaborative and supportive team.
Your primary responsibilities will include :
- Dealing with client's intake
- Filing
- Assembly of documents for pickup
- Scheduling appointments and updating calendars
- Some local errands
A successful candidate will have :
- Professionalism, discretion, and ability to multi-task
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Quick learner who can pick up local office processes with ease
- Outgoing and client-facing demeanor
- Experience in a fast-paced work environment
- Office experience is an asset
- Some basic tax knowledge
- Communication and technology skills
- Training will be provided
