Your primary responsibilities will include :

  • Dealing with client's intake
  • Filing
  • Assembly of documents for pickup
  • Scheduling appointments and updating calendars
  • Some local errands

A successful candidate will have :

  • Professionalism, discretion, and ability to multi-task
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Quick learner who can pick up local office processes with ease
  • Outgoing and client-facing demeanor
  • Experience in a fast-paced work environment
  • Office experience is an asset
  • Some basic tax knowledge
  • Communication and technology skills
  • Training will be provided
