As an Accounting Manager you’ll be doing the following : Financial Reporting Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.

Provide regular financial reports for senior management Coordinate and facilitate external audits, ensuring all audit requirements are met.

Budgeting & Forecasting Assist in developing annual budgets with department managers and senior management. Monitor budget performance and provide variance analysis and explanations.

Assist in the creation of financial forecasts and projections to support business planning and strategy. Compliance & Regulatory Stay informed about changes in relevant accounting regulations and ensure compliance.

Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure financial integrity. Prepare and file tax returns, ensuring accuracy and adherence to deadlines.

Team Leadership & Development Supervise and guide accounting staff, provide training, and feedback. Foster a collaborative and supportive work environment Delegate tasks to ensure efficient team operation Financial Analysis & Decision Support Conduct financial analysis to support business decisions.

Provide insights and recommendations to senior management based on financial performance metrics and trends. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate the financial impact of proposed projects or initiatives.

Systems & Process Improvement Review and improve accounting systems and processes Lead efforts to implement new tools or processes to increase efficiency Continuously evaluate internal controls to reduce risks and improve accuracy.
