Vos responsabilités : Soutien à la direction, principalement à la présidenteAide cléricale à l'équipe comptableGestion du courrier physique et électronique, prise d'action nécessaire et classement subséquentRédaction et / ou mise en page de documents Word, PowerPoint, PDF et ExcelTransmission électronique, postale ou en personne de documents auprès des ministèresRéception téléphonique (très faible volume)Accueil des clients et gestion de la salle de conférence et des réservationsGestion des envois postaux (au bureau de poste, par messager, par FedEx.
