Full Job Description
Are you an enthusiastic, proactive thinker with a passion for project coordination? TRG Staffing Solutions is working with a client, a leading construction company specializing in commercial pool building, and we are seeking a dynamic Project Coordinator to support the project management team.
This role is critical in organizing project tasks, managing timelines, and identifying resources to ensure project success.
Project Coordinator Responsibilities :
- Ensuring the project team adheres to provided timelines and deliverables
- Maintaining documentation throughout the project's duration
- Communicating plans, actions, risks, and issues with key stakeholders
- Solving any challenges that arise during the project
- Building and managing relationships with multiple teams
- Assisting the project manager with administrative functions and processes
- Managing day-to-day activities for the project management team
- Analyzing and entering project data
Qualifications and Skills :
- Proficiency in popular construction project management software
- Excellent organizational, time-management, problem-solving, and budgeting skills
- Ability to multitask efficiently
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of maintaining strong relationships
- Prior experience in the construction industry is preferred
Work Hours and Benefits :
- Full-time position, Monday through Friday
- Full benefits available after a probationary period
