Location : GTA West / North York area (facility relocation planned within the GTA)
Compensation & Benefits
- Hourly Rate : $40–$50 / hour (flexibility up to $53–$55 / hour based on experience)

310T Truck & Coach Technician
A well-established industrial organization is seeking an experienced 310T Truck & Coach Technician to support its in-house fleet and mobile equipment operations. This is a replacement role intended to strengthen maintenance coverage and operational reliability.
The position requires a self-sufficient technician capable of working independently, supporting apprentice development, and responding to both in-shop and limited road service needs.
Primary Responsibilities : 310T Truck & Coach Technician
Perform preventive maintenance, inspections, and mechanical repairs on company-owned trucks and trailersDiagnose and resolve mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical issues efficientlyComplete safety inspections and ensure compliance with regulatory requirementsAddress running repairs identified through equipment inspectionsSupport maintenance and repair of related equipment such as forklifts, skid steers, and cranes when requiredMaintain accurate service records and documentationManage parts usage and support inventory controlProvide technical guidance to operators and assist in training apprenticesParticipate in occasional road service calls (service vehicle provided)Rotate between multiple GTA facilities as neededFleet & Work Environment : 310T Truck & Coach Technician
Fleet size of approximately 30 vehiclesPrimarily heavy-duty vocational trucksMajority of work performed in-shop with limited road service requirementsRequired Qualifications : 310T Truck & Coach Technician
Valid 310T Truck & Coach Technician Licence (mandatory)Minimum 2–3 years of post-licensing experienceProven ability to work autonomously with minimal supervisionExperience supporting apprentice developmentValid G Driver’s Licence with a clean driver’s abstractStrong diagnostic and troubleshooting capabilitiesAbility to perform physically demanding work in an industrial environmentOwnership of a basic personal tool setStrong verbal and written communication skillsIdeal Candidate Profile : 310T Truck & Coach Technician
