Job summary
Access Point Support representative is responsible for maintaining and growing customer business in the UPS Access Point Network.
Making proactive sales and reactive support contact with UPS Access Point.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Make contact with approved shops within associations
- Make regular follow up on stores performance
- Onsite audits and customer surveys
- Submit order requests for equipment and signage
- Train shops on procedure for collecting packages
- Serve as first level support for UPS Access Points
- Access Point termination process
- Remove equipment and hardware for shops that churn
- ADL volume management
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Minimum of 2 years experience in, MS Excel
Self Starter, work with minimal supervision
Excellent oral and written communication Skills
Excellent analytical skills
Able to work in a fast paced environment
Ability to build strong customer relationship
Bilingual
Preferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Knowledge of UPS Operations and systems
- Willingness to learn and adapt to change
- Decision making
- Influential
