Base pay range

CA$135,000.00 / yr - CA$150,000.00 / yr

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale technology initiatives.

Manage cross-functional, distributed teams and stakeholder expectations.

Oversee vendors, budgets, and program governance.

Ensure operational readiness and post-implementation success.

Required Skills & Experience

Proven experience in program or project management for multi-million-dollar initiatives.

Strong knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.

Excellent stakeholder, vendor, and team management skills.

PMP and / or Scrum Master certification preferred.

Experience in banking, financial services, or technology programs is a plus.
