Job Summary : Order entry, coordinating and managing RRL Sales orders and related activities with accuracy which will result in a smooth delivery to customer.

Key Work Activities

Activity A

30% Retail Orders

• Enter / revise / manage order(s) in JDE as required to maintain accuracy
• Add all backup documentation to the Sales Order in JDE
• Request Lease Documentation as required
• Create / receive Purchase Orders (New Power on Sales Order only and other services) as required
• Obtain and confirm delivery information with Sales Rep prior to arranging delivery
• Invoice customer and distribute docs to relevant departments (Invoice Package)
• Generate Manual Invoice requests as required
• Scan Mans follow up and action as required
• Maintain Smart Sheet
• Create transfers (ST / OT’s) between branches as required

Activity B

15% Wholesale / Rental on Site Orders

• Enter / revise / manage order(s) in JDE as required to maintain accuracy
• Add all backup documentation to the Sales Order in JDE
• Obtain and confirm delivery information with Sales Rep prior to arranging delivery
• Create Invoice Package and distribute as required
• Generate Manual Invoice requests as required.
• Maintain Smart Sheet
• Create transfers (ST / OT’s) between branches as required

Activity C

20% Tradein

• Enter / revise / manage order(s) in JDE as required to maintain accuracy
• Add all backup documentation to the Sales Order in JDE
• Obtain and confirm pickup information with Sales Rep prior to arranging trade-in pickup
• Create Invoice Package and distribute as required
• Maintain Smart Sheet

Activity D

20% Scrap Battery

• Enter / revise / manage order(s) in JDE as required to maintain accuracy
• Send request to vendor for pickup (OD)
• Provide the requester with order number
• Tracking / Reporting entered in Excel
• Follow up with vendors on credit memos
• Add all backup documentation to the Scrap Request Order in JDE
• Receive OD and invoice (Credit) customer as required
• Scan Mans follow up and action as required

Activity E

15% Team Support

• Bankruptcy Retrievals
• Lease Returns
• Walmart / Scrap pickups
• Inventory Count (Annually)
• Action internal customer requests as required
• Audit orders as required
• Revise and maintain Backlog daily
• Perform other duties as required
