For this position, you'll have to answer incoming calls from French- and English-speaking customers across Canada who have questions about the products we offer (floor coverings, underfloor heating, adhesives, mouldings, etc.

Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative, your main responsibilities will include :

  • Enter the necessary information related to orders received by e-mail, telephone or in person;
  • Follow-up on orders and deliveries
  • Manage customer needs and follow up with internal team
  • Update customer files;
  • Assist service department;
  • Follow-up on customer invoicing
  • All other related administrative tasks.

Qualifications

  • 1 to 3 years of relevant customer service experience in telephone or order taking.
  • Relevant face-to-face customer service experience may be an asset.
  • Fluent in French and English;
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft office suite;
  • Excellent customer communication skills;
  • Organizational skills, ability to work quickly and learn quickly;
