As a process engineer, you will have the opportunity to learn more about our various manufacturing and assembly methods in order to meet our customers' highest quality standards. Your main role? Ensuring the control and continuous improvement of current and future rubber track forming processes!
In this position, you will have the opportunity to :
Implement process controls and analyze performance data to ensure process stability and quality
Support technical and production teams in managing failures
Take charge of root cause analyses in complex investigations and propose sustainable corrective and preventive actions
Actively participate in the commissioning and validation of new equipment and processes
Take charge of conducting risk analyses (PFMEA) and implementing process risk reduction actions
Establish and maintain a knowledge base of best practices in rubber processing and shaping
Participate in the planning, implementation, and monitoring of continuous improvement projects to optimize manufacturing processes
Ensure the maintenance, updating, and continuous improvement of technical documentation in accordance with the quality management system

Profile
With the following skills and qualities, you will be successful in this role :
Bachelor's degree in chemical engineering, mechanical engineering, or another relevant field
5 to 10 years of experience in similar positions
Good knowledge of quality management tools
Knowledge of cause and risk analysis methods
Good analytical and observational skills
Ability to guide projects and manage them simultaneously within tight deadlines
Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team
