We are currently looking to add an awesome Clinical Operations Lead (Registered Therapist) to our team to be the first point of contact for our clients.

The Role
Straight Up Health is seeking a Clinical Operations Lead (Registered Therapist) to lead our innovative intake and assessment process.
You will be at the forefront of our growing practice of skilled, personable and career driven team members, in a full-time, salaried position.
In this role, you are the first point of contact for all of our clients. Utilizing your clinical assessment skills, you will lead our unique 360 Discovery Assessment Process’, conducting strength-based biopsychosocial assessments for children, teens, adults and parents and providing them with recommended pathways for care.
You play an integral role in building rapport, trust, and ensuring that all those who are seeking support are matched with the right practitioner from our specialized team.
You will also be the main point of contact and support to our rapidly growing team. This role will also support day-to-day administrative tasks such as appointment scheduling.

Requirements
The ideal candidate will possess :
- Master’s level training in social work, psychotherapy, psychology, counseling or related area
- License to practice psychotherapy in Ontario with the CRPO, CPO, or as a RSW
- Experience providing therapy and working directly with youth, adolescents, and their families
- Experience in business development, or the drive to learn more about business development in order to support growth initiatives like seeking new referral sources and strategic partnerships.
- A strong foundation in ethics, codes of conduct, and standards of practice
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Experience conducting biopsychosocial assessments is an asset
- Experience utilizing Jane EMR software is an asset
