Homestead Co-op is hiring a Part‑Time Marketing Clerk at our Portage Finance Office. The Marketing Clerk plays a key support role in executing marketing activities that reflect Co‑op values, engage the community, and support business growth. This position provides service to both internal departments and external members through effective communication and creative support.

What you’ll do
- Reporting to the Marketing and Communications Manager, design and produce promotional materials using Canva and other tools in alignment with the Co‑op brand standards.
- Support internal creative requests and develop visual assets for print, digital, and in‑store channels.
- Build and schedule content for Homestead Co‑op’s social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, X and LinkedIn) and capture/edit photos and videos to support campaigns and digital assets.
- Support internal and community event promotion, donations and sponsorships, and execution, along with administrative duties and tracking of campaign metrics.
Who you are

- Strong interpersonal skills; honest, trustworthy, and dependable.
- Must have Grade 12; post‑secondary education in marketing, communications or business is an asset, or 1‑2 years previous experience in a related field.
- Valid Manitoba driver’s license.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and social media platforms.
- Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud, digital photography, and video editing is an asset.
