Director of IP Development
Join us in propelling our client’s organization forward as we seek an accomplished Director of IP Development, poised to guide a dynamic team of engineers in crafting essential IPs integral to their forthcoming AI acceleration SOC.
In this influential role, the Director will be entrusted with the following key responsibilities :
- Spearheading the delivery of pivotal IPs for our next-generation product, encompassing both RTL- and circuit-based designs.
- Formulating and directing high-performing teams to ensure seamless project execution and accomplishment.
- Overseeing or directly engaging in the physical layout implementation process, upholding crucial Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) such as timing, power efficiency, and yield.
- Collaborating closely with the Design Verification (DV) team to guarantee comprehensive functional excellence.
