Maintenance Mechanic – Manufacturing (Ajax, ON)

$43–$48 / hr | 12-hr continental | Benefits + RRSP Match

Are you a skilled Maintenance Mechanic looking to work in a fast-paced industrial manufacturing environment ? Our Ajax-based client is hiring motivated mechanics to maintain, repair, and troubleshoot plant machinery , ensuring smooth operations every day.

What You’ll Do :

Perform maintenance and repairs on machinery, including lathes, welders, milling machines, drill presses, cutting tools, and more

Fabricate or repair parts as needed to keep production running

Conduct preventative maintenance and safety inspections

Troubleshoot mechanical issues quickly and effectively

Assist with installing or relocating large plant equipment

Support food safety and quality processes as required

Who We’re Looking For :

3–5 years industrial or manufacturing experience

Fully Licensed or Registered Apprentice (3rd & 4th year) in : Millwright, Mechanic, or Tool & Die

Skilled with industrial tools and equipment

Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills

Safety-focused and committed to following procedures 100% of the time

Forklift license is an asset
