Job Overview

The Ontario Institute of Health and Innovation (OIHI) is seeking an Early Childhood Assistant (ECA) Instructor to deliver high-quality instruction to students enrolled in the Early Childhood Assistant (ECA) programs. The role involves planning and implementing course content, guiding students through their theoretical and practical learning experiences, and preparing them for careers in early childhood care.

The successful candidate will create an engaging, inclusive, and supportive learning environment that fosters student development and aligns with program goals and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons for ECE / ECA students based on program curriculum and industry standards.
• Use a variety of teaching methods and instructional materials to accommodate diverse learning styles.
• Integrate theoretical knowledge with practical experiences to ensure students gain a comprehensive understanding of child development, early learning, and care.
