What You’ll Do
Own the ArchitectureDefine the technical vision for our next‑generation platformArchitect and implement a modern .NET Core‑based ecosystemLead our transition to microservices, cloud‑native patterns, and modern DevOps workflowsDeliver Hands‑On ImpactWrite high‑quality, maintainable code for new core systemsDesign and build REST APIs, distributed components, and mobile experiencesMake technology choices that balance performance, reliability, and long‑term maintainabilityLead and Elevate the TeamMentor developers and guide architectural thinking across the organizationEstablish coding standards, development workflows, and quality practicesCollaborate directly with leadership to align engineering decisions with business goalsRequirements
Expert‑level C# and .NET Core, with mastery of modern development patternsStrong experience with React for cross‑platform mobile developmentProficiency in Tailwind CSS and modern front‑end architecturesDeep understanding of REST API design, microservices, and cloud‑native application developmentExperience with CI / CD, automated testing, and DevOps toolingStrong SQL and NoSQL database design skillsFamiliarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud environments (Azure, AWS, or GCP)7+ years of development experience, including 3+ with .NETA history of leading or driving large‑scale modernization or rewrite initiativesStrong architectural judgment and the ability to make pragmatic decisions under real‑world constraintsExcellent communication skills with both technical and non‑technical stakeholdersA passion for clean code, elegant architecture, and raising the bar for engineering teamsBenefits
