We are currentlylooking for an Application Help Desk Analyst for a governmentinstitution.

What is in it for you :

Hourly salary of $42 to $49 based onexperience.

30month contractwith a maximum extension term of 6 months.

Fulltime position 36.25 hours per week.

Remote work with occasional visits to theoffice as required.

Weekdayschedule from 8 : 15 am to 4 : 30 pm.

Responsibilities :

Provide application support to stakeholders and participate inrelated projects as necessary.

Resolve data discrepancies related to student data withinStakeholder Registry (SHR) as necessary.

Utilize Help Desk software to log incoming callscategorize them appropriately retrieve correct responses andescalate pending inquiries when needed.

Develop and maintain documentation as necessary andensure compliance with Help Desk policies processes and proceduresfor tracking and monitoring incoming calls.

Improve operational efficiency andeffectiveness by identifying and recommending changes andenhancements.

Contact ministryresources to resolve problems explore alternatives for resolutionand recommend solutions for implementing business process andsystems changes.

CoordinateHelp Deskrelated activities requiring communication with externalstakeholders and business areas.

Crosstrain within Help Desk environment as required.

What you will need to succeed :

BachelorsDegree in IT Computer Science Mathematics or Engineering.

4 years of experience as anApplication Help Desk Analyst.

4 years of experience with multiple webbased applications.

1 year of experience withMicrosoft SharePoint.

Strongcommunication skills both oral and written within diverse groups.
