We are seekingan enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our recruitmentteam as an Appointment Setter.
In thisrole you will be responsible for reaching out to potentialcandidates to schedule appointments with our recruitmentconsultants and introduce them to exciting career opportunitieswithin our clientsnetwork.
Responsibilities :
- Proactivelyreach out to potential candidates via phone inMail and othercommunication channels.
- Effectivelycommunicate the value proposition of our agency and the careeropportunities we offer.
- Scheduleappointments for our recruitment consultants to discuss potentialcareer paths andopportunities.
- Maintain accuraterecords of communication and appointment scheduling in ourCRM.
Requirements
- Excellentcommunication and interpersonalskills.
- Ability to confidentlyengage with candidates and effectively convey information aboutcareer opportunities.
- Strongorganizational skills and attention todetail.
- Previous experience inappointment setting or customer service is preferred but notrequired.
- A positive attitude and apassion for helping individuals advance in theircareers.
