- Answer incoming phone calls and emails from customers.
- Input sales orders, evaluate inventory gaps, coordinate with Production for product supply & communicate ship date to customer.
- Organize trucks / shipping for customers' orders
- Input new accounts and update current customer accounts within our internal systems
- Maintain customer notes in system
- Run Monthly reports & update sales tracking files.
- Communicate with other internal departments for information sharing and problem resolution.
- Manage Container shipments - request bookings, coordinate product packing, coordinate customs paperwork.
- Quote products to customers as required in a timely manor
- Download and update sales reports / pivot tables with detail of customer purchases.
- Review / analyze customer sales data for trends.
- Attend and complete all required trainings
- Follow all appropriate health and safety precautions required
- Backup Administrative Assistant position as required
- Other related duties and responsibilities as required or assigned
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of IndustriOS & Sage a plus
