Pickering College is an independent day and boarding school in Newmarket, Ontario. We are a Junior Kindergarten to Grade 12 school, and our co-educational environment and holistic approach ensure that each student’s unique talents—academic, artistic, athletic, and character—are nurtured. Pickering College is recruiting a dynamic, qualified Middle School Teacher. Our teachers must possess the following qualities: passion, compassion, expertise in their subject area, instructional expertise and curriculum innovation. This individual must illustrate an eagerness to become involved in co-curricular activities at the school.
Our Middle School program features a unique, interdisciplinary community engagement program called SPARC that occurs weekly. The successful candidate will be part of a team that leads a project-based experience for our students.
