On behalf of your clients, youll manage the day-to-day team through creating, iterating, and executing creative campaigns. Youll foster a healthy team environment for creative work while adding the right balance of structure and process to help the team operate effectively.

You have a love for big ideas and you know how to get things done. You have a knack for building relationships, building the right processes youre a connector of ideas and people. Youre detail-oriented, highly organized, and know how to prioritize your time and effort across many projects and moving pieces.

The opportunity:

• With the team, youll manage project execution to ensure processes are being followed and the projects ship on time, and on budget.
• Support the team in the management of tight deadlines and exceed client expectations with attention to detail and flawless execution.
• With support, review and manage project budgets responsibly.
• Support the creative team, and the cross-functional agency teams in delivering holistic marketing plans.
• Be an active contributor to a positive, innovative, collaborative, and cooperative work environment.
• Be action and solution oriented.
• Ensure all communications reflect Rethink standards and contribute to a positive client experience.
• Coach and mentor junior staff.
  
  

What you'll bring:

• 5+ years experience in marketing or advertising.
• Bachelors degree, ideally in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or a related field.
  Proven experience executing various marketing initiatives (digital, content, social, or email marketing).
• Demonstrated ability in project planning, from initiating, planning, executing, and closing projects on time and within scope.
• Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills.
• A passion for continuing to grow your craft.
• Ability to work independently as well as on a team.
• A "can-do" attitude no ask is too big or too small for you.
• A entrepreneurial spirit you take ownership of your work and bring fresh thinking to the table.
• A proactive approach you can see the destination, and you know how to build the path there.
• Proficient with business software including Microsoft Word, Excel, Google Drive, and e-mail.
