About the opportunity :

We are looking for a Software Developer to be part of an innovative team that is pushing the boundaries of technology. As part of our team, you will have the opportunity to design, develop and maintain state-of-the-art projection systems as well as the application tool sets used for calibration, setup and diagnostics. We pride ourselves on major breakthroughs in digital cinema, laser illumination, and our relentless pursuit of creating spectacular audio-visual experiences.

Responsibilities :

• Development of embedded software on a Linux embedded platform for system control and projector management
• Maintain and support a large number of display devices from a common code base
• Integrating software components and ensuring they work seamlessly with the hardware by identifying and resolving software defects
• Network control of equipment over TCP / IP sockets
• Thermal control algorithm development
• Application development to aid in diagnosing equipment in field and analyzing data post-mortem
• Work alongside a multi-disciplinary team of software, hardware and FPGA developers
