Your Role:

You will:

• Contact warm inbound leads
• Re-engage prospects who already raised their hand
• Build micro-connections using psychology, empathy, and curiosity (no slimy sales energy)
• Qualify prospects using a structured, proven framework
• Fill the closer’s calendar with HIGH-quality opportunities
• Follow up consistently and professionally
• Be the first touchpoint in a transformational process

This is NOT:

• Cold calling random numbers
• Reading robotic scripts
• Chasing uninterested people
• A “dial for dollars” sweatshop job

This is strategic, meaningful, psychology-driven conversation.

Compensation (Commission-Only)

You are paid for RESULTS — not hours.

You earn:

• $75 for every qualified appointment that SHOWS
• 3% of cash collected on all deals that close from your appointments
• Biweekly payout on commissions
• Weekly Base payout when you hit min kpis
• Weekly payout on qualified showed appointments
• Unlimited earning potential (more hours = more cash)

Requirements

• Message & call warm prospects
• Confirm appointments (critical for high show rate)
• Re-engage older leads using psychology-driven scripts
• Log all communication in CRM
• Communicate daily with closers
• Participate in training & roleplays
• Maintain a positive, growth-oriented attitude

If you do the work, you’ll get paid.
If you don’t, you won’t. Simple.

Requirements

Excellent communication skills

• Coachability (if you’re defensive, don’t bother)
• Emotional intelligence
• We are looking for people that can dedicate full time to this offer
• Consistency (we don’t do “when I feel like it”)
• Integrity — you MUST follow the process
• Interest in psychology-based sales (we will teach you)

Experience helps but is NOT required........hunger, consistency, and coachability matter more.
