The Opportunity

The Dean’s Office in the Faculty of Community Services (FCS) is hiring a Systems Implementation Lead. This new position will lead the implementation and integration of new systems across FCS. The Lead acts as the primary contact with system vendors, defining implementation timelines and vendor deliverables, and driving optimal system configuration. Working closely with faculty‑wide leadership and key stakeholders, this position will ensure successful system adoption and sustainability by making informed decisions on configuration, workflows, and data standards, and by providing robust post‑implementation documentation, training and support.

Responsibilities

• Leads IT project planning and end‑to‑end system implementation
• Liaises with vendors and stakeholders
• Executes technical and analytical aspects of system implementation
• Provides system training, communication, and post‑implementation support
• Researches, analyzes, and makes recommendations regarding technology solutions
