About the Role
As a TIG Welder Fitter, you will play a key role in fabricating, welding, and assembling high-quality metal components. You will work closely with a skilled team, ensuring projects are completed to exact specifications while maintaining the highest safety and quality standards.
Responsibilities
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and detailed drawings to fabricate and assemble metal structures
Perform precise TIG welding to join, cut, and form metal components
Measure, cut, and fit materials accurately according to project requirements
Conduct quality checks to ensure compliance with industry and customer standards
Collaborate with team members to complete work efficiently and on time
Safely operate, maintain, and troubleshoot welding equipment
Follow all safety procedures to ensure a secure and compliant work environment

Qualifications
Minimum 7+ years of experience as a TIG Welder Fitter in an industrial or manufacturing environment
Strong blueprint and technical drawing interpretation skills
Proficient in TIG welding with the ability to set up, adjust, and maintain equipment
Detail-oriented, quality-focused, and safety-conscious
Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving abilities
Physically capable of working in various positions and environments
Education & Certifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Welding certification(s) preferred
