Auto Sales Representative

We are seeking an Auto Sales Representative to become an integral part of our company! You will gauge sales opportunities and provide extensive customer service to all clients.

Compensation

• $40,000 to $100,000 Annually
• Commission-based

• Min. 2 to 3 years of experience in sales / customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Work with customers to identify their wants and needs in a vehicle
• Ensure we maintain our high level of guest satisfaction
• Monitor leads and schedule appointments with customers
• Close sales by overcoming objections, negotiating price, completing sales/purchase contracts, explaining/offering warranties, services, and financing
• Demonstrate vehicle features by explaining characteristics and capabilities
• Prospect to increase sales volume
• Network and build relationships with new and existing client base
• Follow all OMVIC & MVDA regulations

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields
• Working knowledge of automotive sales at a dealership.
• Ability to multitask and bring enthusiasm daily.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Friendly attitude and positive team participation skills
• Deadline and detail-oriented
• Valid OMVIC license in good standing.
• Ontario Driver’s license.
• Second language is plus (i.e. Mandarin, Spanish, French)
