Position Details :
Key responsibilities :
- Conduct regular rounds of hospital premises, including parking areas, hallways, entrances, etc. to ensure the safety and security of the site.
- Operate security cameras and alarm systems, ensuring any suspicious activity is reported immediately to the appropriate authorities.
- Monitor and control entry points to the hospital, ensuring that only authorized individuals are allowed access to restricted areas.
- Act quickly in emergency situations, such as medical emergencies, fire alarms, or security threats. Assist hospital staff as needed during crises and evacuations.
- Greet and assist visitors, patients, and hospital staff. Provide directions and ensure that guests adhere to hospital policies and procedures.
- De-escalate tense situations, resolve conflicts, and ensure that all interactions are handled calmly and professionally.
- Document daily activities, incidents, or accidents accurately and complete reports on incidents.
- Work closely with hospital staff and local law enforcement to provide a coordinated security effort and ensure the safety of all parties involved.
- Ensure that hospital policies, including visitor and patient protocols, are followed. Address any violations in a manner that upholds hospital safety standards.
