Job Description :
At Enso Connect, we are on a path to supporting thousands of vacation rental businesses to transform the travel experience for their guests.
To get there, we need an ambitious product leader who can help us build a category-leading product. We are looking for someone who has experience leading transformational product initiatives for high-growth SaaS businesses.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to work end-to-end on our product across the customer journey. You will define the product strategy, own the product roadmap, and collaborate with a talented team of designers, marketers, and engineers to bring that vision to life.
Your focus will not just be on planning and building the best product, but also on improving our three core benefits for customers : increasing revenue per guest, boosting 5-star bookings, and creating more time-saving efficiencies.

What You’ll Work On :
- Set a clear, coherent strategy and roadmap for accelerating the adoption of our platform, with measurable goals
- Drive consensus around vision, priorities, and decisions within a cross-functional team
- Interview our customers to deeply understand their needs and pain points
- Analyze product and business data to identify opportunities and prioritize features to launch
- Optimize for execution velocity by making tactical tradeoffs between business priorities and resources
- Write up systems, resources, and documents to educate new and existing customers, as well as internal team members
Requirements :
- You have at least 5+ years of product management experience in a fast-paced environment at a SaaS-based technology company
- You know how to earn trust from and lead a cross-functional team of designers and engineers to ship amazing products at scale
- You have a history of excellence and impactful work, with tangible examples of products you’ve built
- You’re excited by the idea of talking directly with customers and deeply understanding their problems to craft solutions
- You're data-obsessed and know how to turn data into insights using tools like Excel, SQL, Looker, etc.
- You communicate clearly and concisely, both visually and in writing, with experience managing various stakeholders
- You're comfortable navigating ambiguity to solve problems without well-defined direction
Nice to Haves :
- Software engineering experience, a degree in computer science or engineering, or similar technical background is a plus
- Located in Toronto or the Greater Toronto Area (GTA)
