Global Head of Product Marketing, LHH (UK or Eastern North America location)

As the Head of Global Product Marketing, you will drive the messaging, positioning and thought leadership for LHH. You will work across vertical solution businesses (Career Transition & Mobility, Leadership Development & Coaching and Recruitment Solutions) and within our go-to-market teams to drive awareness, deepen engagement, and accelerate growth for LHH products.

You will demonstrate a passion for developing the right customer narrative and experience across LHH products by developing a marketing strategy and plan and working cross-functionally to successfully execute.

You will lead a team of 2-3 product marketing managers who will support and provide expertise and guidance across the GTM team.

The ideal candidate is experienced in B2B product marketing in a global setting with additional B2C experience a strong plus.

You can simplify complex offerings and translate them into materials that can be leveraged by sales and marketing teams.

The ideal candidate is a leader and self-starter who can drive the creation of differentiated messaging and positioning for our Human Resources and Talent offerings.

You will be a subject matter expert and voice of the customer, market, and product.

In this role you can expect to

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead product marketing team of 2-3 product marketers providing global support for product marketing across the LHH portfolio of products.
  • Develop strong relationships with the business leaders and marketers to ensure alignment between GTM and Sales.
  • Develop go-to-market strategies to bring products and solutions to market through effective launches to capitalize on those opportunities.
  • Guide, create, and deliver messaging and content to communicate value to the market.
  • Educate sales with effective and clear enablement materials to articulate the value and differentiation of LHH products,
  • Perform market research, market and competitive intelligence to segment the market and establish buyer insight, identifying what opportunities, challenges, and dynamics exist for the organization and its individual products.
  • Partner with product team to plan for and manage product launches and releases.
  • Ensure field marketing teams are prepared for product launches.
  • Support account-based marketing (ABM) initiatives.
  • Manage the performance of the product marketing team, programs, and collaboration with other stakeholders to achieve business outcomes.

All About You

  • 15+ years in a global product marketing leadership role.
  • Experience in supporting multiple products and geographies.
  • Proven experience in product marketing within B2B services industry with preferred experience in Human Resources Industry.
  • Deep understanding of both B2B and B2C marketing.
  • Strength in storytelling with a deep focus on customers.
  • Experience in market research, competitive and market intelligence and using strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with a data-driven approach to drive outcomes.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Leadership experience and the ability to motivate and guide a team.
  • Familiarity with marketing technologies and tools.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving measurable outcomes.
