Job Description :

We are seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to join our Marketing Team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in digital marketing and a flair for design, particularly in creating visually compelling content for email campaigns, social media, and other digital channels.

The ideal candidate will be experienced in tools like Canva, JotForm, and other digital marketing platforms.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and implement creative digital marketing strategies that enhance our online presence and drive engagement across our website and social media platforms.
• Design and create visually appealing content using tools like Canva, including graphics, photos, and videos for digital campaigns, email marketing, and social media.
• Manage and optimize email campaigns, ensuring they are visually impactful, well-targeted, and effective in driving conversions.
• Oversee social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.), crafting engaging posts that resonate with our audience and reinforce our brand identity.
• Utilize JotForm and other tools to create and manage digital forms and surveys that enhance customer engagement and data collection.
• Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns, offering insights and actionable recommendations for improvement.
• Collaborate closely with the marketing team to brainstorm, develop, and execute marketing campaigns that align with our brand and business goals.
• Stay informed about the latest trends in digital marketing, design, and social media to keep our strategies cutting-edge.

Requirements :

• Proven experience in digital marketing, with a strong understanding of content creation, social media platforms, and email marketing.
• Expertise in using design tools like Canva to create visually appealing content.
• Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms, including JotForm, Google Analytics, SEO tools, and social media management software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and use insights to make informed decisions.
• Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
• A creative mindset with a strong eye for detail and design.
